Reduce the Pressure
Patients receiving oxygen therapy may be at risk of developing pressure injuries on the ears. To help address this challenge, Intersurgical has developed product solutions designed with patient comfort in mind including the Intersurgical EcoLite™ oxygen mask and the Intersurgical nasal cannula with EarGuards™, to help minimise this risk while enhancing patient comfort.
Intersurgical EcoLite™ oxygen mask design allows the elastic to be fitted below the patient's ear and the Intersurgical Nasal cannula with EarGuards™ incorporates soft silicone foam cushions around the ear, both designed to help reduce the risk of trauma to the patients ears.
